Katerina- or Kat- is a force to be reckoned with. She wants what she wants and she will probably never change. After the Ruler killed her parents and the nightmares destroyed her village she vowed that she would spend her life hunting the Ruler. Despite this dedication, she is still a kid that was forced to grow up way to fast. Elves live for hundreds of years, so they usually spend decades taking their time to mature and grow up. This is not the case for Kat. After her parents died and her village was destroyed, she was forced to fend for herself. Even though she declares herself old enough to handle herself she is still just a child that misses her parents with every fiber of her being. She can be naive and she reacts without thinking her actions through. She is also know for overestimating herself and underestimating her enemies. She doesn't seem aware of the forces she has aligned herself against. •HISTORY•
Kat was born into a small elvish village in one of the many forests in South America. She was raised in a family that fought on the side of the Defensores. Her parents were constantly gone one business, leaving her home with the tribe. She didn't find this strange, and it really wasn't. When her parents were home she spent her time with them. They taught her to handle weaponry and how to fight. The weapons master of the village took interest in her natural abilities to fight. He took her on as a student and taught her everything he knew. In the beginning she didn't take it very seriously but when her parents were killed over the border doing business for the Defensores she began to train harder. When nightmares attacked her village, Kat traveled to the Capitol, hoping to put an end to the Rulers madness.
Kat is going to need a few people in her life. People that love her or hate her or maybe even both. Friends, Kat is a likable person, sometimes. She is attending the school undercover so she might have one or two friends. They are probably people that she runs into a lot, she would have tried to deny the fact that they could be friends at first, then she would have probably given in. Enemies, when Kat is not being likeable she can be very pushy and slightly mean. She probably gained a few enemies this way. She would have pushed too hard or maybe they just don't like her because she is pretty. I don't really care, this is up to you. Lovers, Kat is a pretty girl so she probably has a few prospective lovers. She is the type of girl that would break a guy's heart without really meaning too. She wouldn't understand that he was coming onto her until it was too late for him. She would need a guy that was prepared to work for her. He would have to really want her to actually get her. This is not because Kat is into the chase, it is simply because she just doesn't understand the concept of love quite yet.
